Paragraf 1

Dayang Sumbi adalah seorang putri yang cantik dan baik hati, tetapi kadang-kadang dia sangat malas. Hobinya adalah menenun kain. Suatu hari alat tenunnya jatuh. Tumang, seekor anjing jantan, datang untuk membawa alatnya kembali kepadanya. Seperti yang dia janjikan, dia menikahinya. Tuman sebenarnya adalah pria yang telah dikutuk oleh seorang penyihir untuk menjadi seekor anjing. Tapi kadang-kadang dia bisa kembali/berubah ke pria normal. Dayang Sumbi dan Tumang punya satu putra. Namanya Sangkuriang. Dia tidak tahu bahwa Tuman adalah ayahnya karena dia adalah seekor anjing setiap kali dia bersamanya. Tumang selalu menemani Sangkuriang setiap kali dia pergi berburu di hutan.

But sometimes I could turn back to a normal man. Dayang Sumbi and Tumang got one son. His name was Sangkuriang. He did not know that Tumang was his father because he was a dog whenever he was with him. Tumang always accompanied Sangkuriang whenever he went hunting in the woods.

    Soal Essay.

    Soal No. 1). Sebutkan syarat-syarat mendapatkan warisan!

    Jawaban:

    Kematian orang yang diwarisi, meski kematian tersebut berdasar vonis pengadilan. Contoh : Hakim memutuskan orang yang hilang itu dianggap telah meninggal.
    Tidak adanya salah satu penghalang dari penghalang-penghalang untuk mendapatkan warisan.
    Ahli waris hidup pada saat orang yang memberi warisan meninggal dunia. Jadi, jika seorang wanita mengandung bayi, kemudian salah seorang anaknya meninggal dunia, maka bayi tersebut berhak menerima warisan dari saudaranya yang meninggal itu, karena kehidupan janin telah terwujud pada saat kematian saudaranya telah terjadi.

    Soal No. 2). Sebutkan sebab-sebab mendapat menerima harta warisan!

    Jawaban:
    a. nasab atau kekerabatan.
    Orang yang bisa mendapatkan warisan dengan sebab nasab atau kekerabatan adalah kedua orang tua dan orang-orang yang merupakan turunan keduanya seperti saudara laki-laki atau perempuan serta anak-anak dari para saudara tersebut baik sekandung maupun seayah.
     
    b. pernikahan yang terjadi dengan akad yang sah.
    Meskipun belum terjadi persetubuhan di antara pasangan suami istri namun dengan adanya ikatan perkawinan yang sah maka keduanya bisa saling mewarisi satu sama lain. Bila suami meninggal istri bisa mewarisi harta yang ditinggalkannya, dan bila istri yang meninggal maka suami bisa mewarisi harta peninggalannya.

    c. memerdekakan budak.
    Seorang tuan yang memerdekakan budaknya bila kelak sang budak meninggal dunia maka sang tuan bisa nemerima warisan dari harta yang ditinggal oleh sang budak yang telah dimerdekakan tersebut. Namun sebaliknya, seorang budak yang telah dimerdekakan tidak bisa menerima warisan dari tuan yang telah memerdekakaknnya.

    d. Islam.
    Seorang muslim yang meninggal dunia namun tak memiliki ahli waris yang memiliki sebab-sebab di atas untuk bisa mewarisinya maka harta tinggalannya diserahkan kepada baitul maal untuk dikelola untuk kemaslahatan umat Islam.

    Soal No. 3). Apa yang dimaksud dengan ahli waris?

    Jawaban:
    Ahli waris adalah orang-orang yang berhak menerima harta warisan baik laki-laki maupun perempuan.

    Soal No. 4). Sebutkan empat kewajiban yang dipenuhi ahli waris sebelum harta warisan dibagikan!

    Jawaban:

    pengurusan jenazah
    Utang mayit yang berbentuk gadai/utang beragunan
    Utang non-agunan, baik utang kepada manusia atau utang kepada Allah ta’ala (seperti: membayar kafarat atau fidyah)
    Wasiat yang membutuhkan dana dari harta mayit, berupa infak dalam wasiat, pembiayaan haji, pewasiatan harta kepada kawan atau kerabat, dan lain-lain.
    Soal No. 5). Sebutkan sebab-sebab seorang tidak mendapatkan harta warisan!

    Jawaban:
    a. Status budak.
    Orang yang berstatus budak, apa pun jenisnya, tidak bisa menerima harta warisan karena bila seorang budak menerima warisan maka harta warisan yang ia terima itu menjadi milik tuannya, padahal sang tuan adalah bukan siapa-siapanya (ajnabiy) orang yang meninggal yang diwarisi hartanya

    b. Membunuh.
    Orang yang membunuh tidak bisa mewarisi harta peninggalan dari orang yang dibunuhnya, baik ia membunuhnya secara sengaja atau karena suatu kesalahan. Karena membunuh sama saja dengan memutus hubungan kekerabatan, sedangkan hubungan kekerabatan merupakan salah satu sebab seseorang bisa menerima warisan.
     
    c. Perbedaan agama antara Islam dan kufur.
    Orang yang beragama non-Islam tidak bisa mendapatkan harta warisan dari keluarganya yang meninggal yang beragama Islam. Juga sebaliknya seorang Muslim tidak bisa menerima warisan dari harta peninggalan keluarganya yang meninggal yang tidak beragama Islam.

      “We were surprised to see that in spite of these efforts that 50 percent (of patients) were still having these medication errors ,” he told Reuters Health.

As the bones of the workers swirled about Meng pricked her finger and asked that her blood penetrate the bones of her husband, Wan. She located his bones and wrapped them in the clothes she had brought for him.

      The cruel Emperor, Qin shiHuangdi, was furious with her but taken with her beauty. The Emperor gave her a choice of coming with him or being beheaded. Meng responded by asking for three wishes: to have her husband buried in the style of a prince, to have the kingdom mourn him for 49 days, and give him a public funeral. The Emperor granted her the three wishes. After Wan's funeral she thanked the Emperor ...and then threw herself into the sea for she could not stand the thoughts of being with the Emperor. The Emperor commanded that her body be drug from the sea, cut into pieces, and her bones ground into dust. As they threw her dust into the sea thousands of little silvery fish filled the waters. So today if you visit the Great Wall next to the Eastern Sea you and others in China will remember the story of Meng and Wan.

      We had camping for about three days. On the last day, we packed everything we brought. We cleaned the area and made sure there was nothing left except our footprint. We didn’t took anything except took photos, we remembered that we must keep the nature, friendly with them and they will be friendly with us. We made a memory by taking photos together in front of a waterfall and then went home happily. We felt very tired.

      Budi mentioned that last year alone, passenger traffic at Adisutjipto reached 7.2 million people, while the airport’s terminals were only built to handle 2.1 million passengers. The apron could also only cater to nine aircraft.

      In the first phase, state-owned airport operator AngkasaPura I will build a 3,250 meter x 60 meter runway in the location. In the second phase, the length of the runway will be extended by 350 meters.

      The construction of the first phase is targeted to be finished by March 2022.“The new airport will also serve long-haul flights, with the furthest to Jeddah,” Budi said.
